Owen McMillan was an powerful and influential citizen of Forgotten Hill during the late 19th Century, and was one of the six Founders of the Surgery Clinic. A son of one of the oldest families in Forgotten Hill, he was a descendant of Abraham McMillan, founding father of Forgotten Hill and the city's first church. His father, Archibald McMillan favored him even at a young age, and particularly when compared to his twin brother Ewan.
McMillan married his cousin Agnes in 1877, and in the same year she gave birth to twins Ethan and Nathan. He died tragically in the terrible accident that took place on 1891 Halloween night.
Despite his contributions to the city, McMillan was a harsh, authoritative man, He often dealt stern, even abusive levels of discipline, particularly to his young sons.
